Charging & Usage Tips

• Fully charge before first use (use original cable only)
• Align magnetic charger correctly; charging begins after 5 seconds
• Do not exceed 4-hour charge time
• Clean pins regularly for best results
• Power on/off: Hold side button for 3 seconds
• Enable wrist-raise feature via the app for screen wake

Charge the Smartwatch:

• Connect the magnetic charging points of the USB charging adaptor (on the charge cable provided) to the charging pogo pins on the back of the smartwatch.
• Insert the USB connector on the charge cable into a USB wall charger or any USB powered port, e.g., an available USB port on a computer, and the charging icon will appear on the screen after 5 seconds, indicating the smartwatch is charging.
• The charge time may vary depending on the charger the smartwatch is connected to, but do not charge for more than 4 hours. The battery icon will change to "full" when the battery is fully charged.
• Remove the smartwatch from the charging adaptor and remove the USB connector on the charging cable from the power source when not charging the smartwatch.
• Please clean the charging points before charging to avoid erosion of the gold prongs and other risks.

Troubleshooting

Not Charging / Won't Turn On

• Use the original charger; align pins properly.
• Clean contact points and hold the side button for 10+ seconds to reset.
• Avoid fast chargers; use USB to wall adapter or PC.

Water Damage

• IP67 = splash & rain resistant only.
• Not suitable for swimming or full water submersion.

Bluetooth & App Issues

• Enable Bluetooth and Location on your phone.
• Stay within 10m of your device. Restart watch & phone if needed.

Battery Draining Fast

• Adjust settings like heart rate monitoring.
• Use Battery Saver mode in the Volkano Active App.

Display Problems

• Try resetting via app or long-press the side button.
• If screen stays black, the backlight may be affected-contact support.
